Un videoclip recent postat pe Instagram de un proprietar de bar din Spania atrage atenția asupra unui detaliu care poate influența semnificativ calitatea băuturii servite.
Semnul care arată că paharul de bere nu este curat
Proprietarul contului „restobarlaspenhas” a devenit viral cu un mesaj simplu, dar important: „Spune nu bulelor prinse”. În materialul video, acesta explică de ce paharul în care este servită berea are un rol crucial în experiența consumatorului. „Voi explica cum să identifici o bere bună la draft în cel mai simplu mod, concentrându-mă exclusiv pe aspectul vizual”, spune el.
Potrivit acestuia, bulele mici care se adună pe fundul paharului sunt un semn clar al lipsei de igienă. „Aceste bule indică faptul că nu există o igienă adecvată în interiorul paharului”, precizează barmanul. Cauzele pot fi variate: „Primul ar fi praful, al doilea este grăsimea, iar al treilea este clătirea necorespunzătoare, ceea ce înseamnă că rămân reziduuri de detergent”. „Acest lucru va avea un impact negativ asupra gustului berii și probabil asupra sănătății”, recunoaște proprietarul.
